This Cook-a-Thon will feature each of th e Asian vegetables grown and nurtured throughout the season by the Filipin o American Association of the Inland Empire. This dish\, in particular\, f eatures all four Asian vegetables that represent the theme of the Discover y Garden this summer: popular tropical Asian vegetables.
