 tration. While advice is available to all\, financial eligibility is requi
 red for Legal Aid services.</p>\n<p>Representatives from&nbsp\;Community L
 egal Aid\,&nbsp\;Fair Housing Contact Service\, and other area agencies wi
 ll provide information and limited assistance with topics such as:&nbsp\;<
 /p>\n<ul>\n<li>tenant-landlord rights and obligations</li>\n<li>eviction</
 li>\n<li>foreclosure and prevention</li>\n<li>first-time homebuying</li>\n
