 a Lammers explorse strategies for building an exercise habit. Learn how to
  consistently include exercise and physical activity "snacks" in your day-
 to-day life.&nbsp\;After the talk\, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a 
 refreshing group walk to reflect and recharge!</p>\n<p>Please arrive 10 mi
 nutes before the walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in the library. We will 
 then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just oppo
 site the south entrance\, facing New Street.</p>\n<p>Walking is a wonderfu
 l form of physical activity\, and we encourage all levels of walking abili
 ty to participate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the entire wal
 k or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, an
 d walking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, wh
 ich is provided at the start of the walk.</p>\n<p>Presented in partnership
