 icole McCulloch</strong></p>\n<p>Nicole McCulloch is a transformation lead
 er with 25 years of experience helping teams solve complex problems\, simp
 lify processes\, and implement major improvements. She holds Engineering d
 egrees from the University of Michigan and Purdue University\, as well as 
 certifications in Quality and Change Management. She is passionate&nbsp\;a
 bout making change less overwhelming and more human.</p>\n<p>Nicole lives 
 in Brownsburg with her family and volunteers with the Hendricks County Mas
 ter Gardeners.</p>\n<hr />\n<p>If you are unable to attend the event\, ple
