 der Studies at George Mason University\, where she advises the Kurdish Stu
 dent Organization. Her work Sleeping in the Courtyard includes poetry\, fi
 ction\, nonfiction and graphic art by writers living in Kurdistan and arou
 nd the world - writers who have often taken risks just by writing and publ
 ishing. After her presentation\, there will be a Q &amp\; A session.</p>\n
