Take some inte ntional "me time" and join us for a relaxing evening designed to help you slow down and build the habit of self-care. We'll meet at the Main Library Auditorium and take a short walk together to Waterloo Park. Once there\, we'll start with a light icebreaker and guide you through two simple groun ding techniques to help you feel present and centered.
\nThe rest of the program is yours to enjoy: find a quiet spot\, lay out your blanket\, and spend an hour reading\, relaxing\, or simply unwinding. You&rsquo\;re welcome to bring dinner if it fits your schedule&mdash\;light snacks will be provided. Participants may leave from the park at their own pace.
