 with criminal records will have the opportunity to seek assistance with th

 (CQE) &mdash\; Please bring information for employment history\, three non
 -relative references\, and three family references.</li>\n<li>Clemency&nbs
 p\;&mdash\; Please visit the&nbsp\;<a href="https://drc.ohio.gov/clemency"
  target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ohio Department of Rehabilitation &amp\; C
 orrection</a>&nbsp\;to learn about the pardon process.</li>\n<li>Expungeme
 nt &amp\; Sealing &mdash\; You might qualify for sealing even if you did n
 ot qualify in the past.</li>\n<li>License Restoration &mdash\; Clinic cann
