\nP erneita Farrar graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2022. After completing a clerkship with the District Court of Baltimore C ity\, and passing the bar\, she immediately launched a solo practice. Her practice focuses on estate planning and elder law\, where she helps client s with creating effective estate plans\, probate administration\, asset pr otection\, and Medicaid planning. Perneita brings her prior career experie nce in public health\, and professional training to ensure that her client s are educated on the importance of protecting their assets while also pro moting generational wealth. Prior to Law School she obtained a degree in P ublic Health from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree in Educa tion and Instructional Technology. \; Perneita has In depth knowledge of Medicare &\; Medicaid\, Social Security and Disability rules and reg ulations.
