 s during a glorious fall sunrise.</p>\n<p>Beginners are most welcome&mdash
 \;no experience is necessary. We'll be using permanent\, acrylic paints\, 
 so please wear clothes that can get stained\, just in case.</p>\n<p><em><s
 trong>Registration begins September 15 for September 22's program. Partici
 pants must be in grades 3&ndash\;5. To ensure successful signup\, each chi
 ld needs to be registered separately\, using the child's first and last na
 me on the registration form. A library card number is not required. </stro
