 to cite sources properly\, avoid plagiarism\, and revise their work for cl
 arity and impact. Responsible use of AI tools will be reviewed as a way to
  brainstorm ideas\, summarize articles\, improve writing\, and check gramm

 rong> is a lifelong educator and learner. She spent 14 years teaching seco
 ndary language arts in the Howard and Frederick County School systems. She
  is a trained International Baccalaureate educator and taught the Literatu
 re and Language Advanced Placement classes. In addition to having owned a 
 business and worked as a public librarian\, Eileen now tutors and works fo
 r&nbsp\;<strong>Woman to Woman Mentoring</strong>: a non-profit that finds
  professional mentors for undergraduate and graduate women studying STEM i
 n the colleges located in Frederick and Carroll counties.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Q
