 orld with his guitar\, harmonicas\, and engaging wit\, he sings the tradit
 ional songs of Scotland and his own masterfully crafted songs in a style w
 hich is modern and accessible\, yet utterly authentic.</p>\n<p>He is highl
 y regarded as an interpreter of the songs of Robert Burns\, and has been d
 escribed as &ldquo\;one of the finest singers in Scotland in any style&rdq
 uo\;.<br /><br />At home Jim spends a lot of time with his kids and fly fi
 shing on the wonderful rivers and lochs of Perthshire.<br />He enjoys hunt
 er‐gathering for the likes of geans (wild cherries)\, hazelnuts\, wi
 ld garlic\, blaeberries and wild gooseberries.</p>\n<p>In the winters\, wh
 ich have become very snowy\, he has been lately heading for Glenshee Ski R
