 eve anxiety\, boost happiness\, promote relaxation\, and build connections
  to the natural world. This introductory session\, facilitated by Nature &
 amp\; Forest Therapy Guide Michelle Morton\, will explore the history and 
 benefits of Forest Bathing and may include time outside (weather permittin
 g).&nbsp\;</p>\n<hr />\n<p>This program is for adults. Registration is req
 uired. If you are unable to attend the event\, please cancel your reservat
 ion so someone on the waitlist can join. If you are on the waitlist\, atte
 nd only if you get a confirmation email indicating that a spot has opened
