 ps to grow the spark of an idea into a story on the screen.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p
 ><strong>This panel will take place in the Doheny Room at the West Hollywo
 od Aquatic Center.&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Christopher Guerrero</s
 trong> is a Latinx filmmaker from California&rsquo\;s Central Valley&mdash
 \;a place where stories are currency\, survival is art\, and resources are
  scarce. He turned to filmmaking not for fame\, but because storytelling w
 as his way of confronting injustice and reclaiming identity.</p>\n<p>After
  earning his MFA from USC\, Christopher&rsquo\;s career accelerated&mdash\
 ;directing campaigns for brands like Disney\, GEICO\, Microsoft\, and Coca
 -Cola\, and working with talent like The Rock\, Wayne Brady\, and Jack Bla
 ck. His voice blends horror\, heart\, and razor-sharp satire. He now teach
 es directing at USC.</p>\n<p>His work has been a part of top-tier festival
 s including Slamdance\, Austin\, Santa Barbara\, and HollyShorts\, and he&
 rsquo\;s been selected for fellowships with Stowe Labs\, RespectAbility La
 b\, FREE THE WORKS\, AdAge&rsquo\;s &ldquo\;The List\,&rdquo\; AICP\, and 
 the CDDP Directing Program.</p>\n<p><strong>Michelle Denise Jackson</stron
 g> is a WGA Award-winning writer. She received her&nbsp\;MFA in Writing fo
 r Screen &amp\; Television from USC&rsquo\;s School of Cinematic Arts. Sin
 ce 2019\, she has written on some of the most popular and critically accla
 imed shows of the Peak TV boom: GENERATION (HBO Max)\, PIECES OF HER (Netf
 lix)\, critically acclaimed limited series MAID (Netflix)\, NAACP-award wi
 nning drama series QUEEN SUGAR (OWN)\, and Apple TV&rsquo\;s flagship dram
 a THE MORNING SHOW. Michelle has also developed TV projects with Anonymous
  Content\, Bad Robot\, BuzzFeed Studios\, Warner Bros.\, Universal\, Netfl
 ix\, and HBO. Since 2020\, she has served as adjunct faculty in USC&rsquo\
 ;s John Wells Division of Writing for Screen &amp\; Television.</p>\n<p>Fo

 trong> graduated from Columbia College Chicago in film business before mov
 ing out to L.A. Previously\, she worked in film sales for Shoreline Entert
 ainment and Preferred Content. Currently\, Halle works at IAG as an agent 
 in the Scripted Literary Department. As a honoree of Colour Associates 201
 9 Next Up List\, Halle has been on boards for Women Wednesday&rsquo\;s BIP
 OC Mentorship Program Committee\, #Startwith8 Mentorship program\, and HRT
