 lls educational program filled with hope and empowering&nbsp\;choices to e
 scape violence.&nbsp\; In today's world\, children and their parents deser
 ve the ability to recognize violence and harm like abduction\, bullying\, 
 abuse\, or sexual assault. By replacing fear with confidence and skills\, 
 we will help children prevent or escape violence. We will literally save l
 ives. The class is fun\, energetic\, and interactive. Class includes 8 hou
 rs of instruction &amp\; practice\, a training manual\, and light refreshm
 ents.</p>\n<p><strong>About the Instructor:</strong></p>\n<p>Darlene Gentr
 y has over thirty years&rsquo\; experience in martial arts\, women&rsquo\;
 s self-defense\, and self-defense education for the public. She teaches se
 lf-defense part-time at St. Mary&rsquo\;s College of Maryland and has inst
 ructed women's self-defense courses in many different venues. Darlene also
  regularly teaches R.A.D. courses for free at <a href="https://www.lpbconl
 ine.org/rad">Lexington Park Baptist Church.</a></p>\n<p>&nbsp\;<img src="h
