Climate Cafes are community gatherings tha t honor the ecological crisis while providing safe spaces to tend to our e xperiences. They are an opportunity for people to express their thoughts a nd feelings around what's unfolding and to be witnessed in their experienc e. Climate Cafes are not action oriented\; they're not about shifting the outcome or figuring out what to "do." Rather\, they're an opportunity to b uild an ecosystem of community\, to cultivate resilience\, and to continue to meet the unknown future from a place of connection - to self\, communi ty\, and earth. All are welcome. \;
\nHannah Smith holds a Maste rs in Social Work as well as an Advanced Certificate in Ecotherapy. She is a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance and is passionate about turni ng towards the ecology crisis from a place of embodied connection with the more-than-human world. \;
