 ldren must have their own library card to register for a program. You can 
 apply for a library card in-person or online at <a href="https://bethpagel

 i>\n<li>Reminder: Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable
  to make a program.</li>\n<li>Repeated absences without notification will 
 cause registration for subsequent programs in the following newsletter to 
 be added to the waitlist rather than the main list.</li>\n<li>Waitlist doe
 s not guarantee admittance.</li>\n<li>Patrons on a waitlists will be notif
 ied as cancellations are made in advance of the program.</li>\n<li>Waitlis
 t on day of program: Priority\, based on arrival time will be given to onl
 ine wait listed patrons. Walk-ins will be added to the existing wait list 
 based on a first-come-first-basis.</li>\n<li>Latecomers: Reservations will
  be held for 5 minutes after start time unless you have called in advance.
 </li>\n<li><strong>Caregivers are required to remain in the Library at all
  times while their children are attending programs.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n
