 g writer based in New York City. He has an MFA from Columbia University an
 d teaches creative writing at Mercy University. His writing has been publi
 shed in&nbsp\;<em>The Guardian</em>\,&nbsp\;<em>BuzzFeed</em>\,&nbsp\;<em>
 Vox</em>\,&nbsp\;<em>High Country News</em>\, and more. He was a Margins F
