 p>\n<p>Cookies will be judged by local bakers and the director of Westlake
  Porter Public Library in both Adult and Junior (12th grade and under) cat
 egories beginning at 2 p.m. in the lobby. Prizes will be awarded to the be
 st tasting cookie and best presentation in each category. Patrons will als
 o get to vote this year. An award will be given to the People's Choice in 
 both Junior and Adult categories.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Amateur bakers on
 ly.</strong></li>\n<li>All cookies must be submitted in disposable dishwar
 e. <strong>Dishware will not be returned</strong>.</li>\n<li>Cookies must 
 be submitted between <strong>1&ndash\;1:30 p.m. on Sunday\, December 14\, 
 2025</strong>.</li>\n<li>Please <strong>list all ingredients/allergens on 
 entry form</strong> at check in. Ingredient measurements do <em>not</em> n
 eed to be disclosed.&nbsp\;If you would like to share your recipe please b
 ring copies to place by your tray of cookies.</li>\n<li><strong>All parts
