 , retired bioengineering professor and a Master Gardener\, will present a 
 comprehensive talk on the small\, unusual fruit\, the fig. The presentatio
 n will cover history\, botany\, biology\, and information specific to the 
 cultivars suitable for our region. A short review of the medicinal\, nutri
 tional\, and culinary aspects of this fruit will also be discussed.</p>\n<
