 l win a prize bag with art supplies and a scary book.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><st
 rong>Contest Rules and Guidelines</strong></p>\n<p>Step 1: Create your art
 !<br />Any type of art is fine as long as it isn&rsquo\;t messy and is 8.5
 "x11" (the size of a standard piece of paper) or smaller. <br />Lewd or of
 fensive art will not be accepted\, so stay away from political and religio
 us themes. <br />On the back of your art\, please include your name\, age\
 , and contact information.</p>\n<p><br />Step 2: Turn in your art to any s
 taff member at the Deanwood Library by October 25. One entry per person.<b
 r />All art will be featured in our Deanwood Library Art Gallery (coming s
 oon).</p>\n<p><br />Winners will be notified in early November. <br />Art 
 may be picked up starting November 5\, and all art not picked up by the en
