This yoga class for children ages three - five and their parent or caregiver shares tools and techniques that can be used to calm and focus our attention on the present moment. Instructor Ka thryn Clark Silviera uses creative songs and music to get little people mo ving. This series of six classes encourages healthy attachment\, stress ma nagement\, and emotional self-regulation through strategies including mind fulness\, meditation\, emotional literacy and yoga. Books and story tellin g are used to build sensory awareness and emotional literacy while we laug h and play.
