Are you a fan of noir film and/or are inte rested in the genre? \; Well\, join us on the third Wednesday of the m onth in the library for the Flamingo Film Club: Dark Alley Wednesdays.&nbs p\; We will offer an introduction to the film noir selection\, provide int eresting little tidbits concerning the film\, the film's actors and direct or\, as well as any other anydotes related to the film. \; We will the n screen the film on two (2) screens. \; Afterwards\, we will discuss the film\, the film noir genre\, as well as any other movies related to th e film selection. \; Possible questions: Was the femme fatale a true f emme fatale? \; Was the film miscast? How does the film fit in the def inition of Film Noir? \; \;
\n*Note: Film selections will p rimarily come from the golden age of film noir: 1940s to early 1950s\, but we will occasionnaly screen and discuss neo noir films.
