 OneVirginia2021 Foundation. After spending the better part of the last dec
 ade on nonpartisan redistricting reform\, she wanted to expand the scope o
 f her democracy reform work to elevating the voices of Virginia voters thr
 ough policies like Ranked-Choice Voting. White helped grow Virginia&rsquo\
 ;s redistricting reform movement\, including developing and leading the Pr
 esence at the Polls program\, which sends volunteers to polling places dur
 ing elections to educate voters about nonpartisan issues.</p>\n<p><strong>
 NOTE: King Street\, from Battlefield Parkway to Catoctin Circle\, will be 
 closed from 5:30-8 p.m. on Oct. 30 for the Halloween Parade. Please plan o
