 elton Harris\, a rising voice in contemporary fiction\, joins us for an ev
 ening of insight and reflection. With a background as a librarian and jour
 nalist\, Harris weaves themes of resilience\, belonging\, and community in
 to her storytelling. She&rsquo\;ll share the inspirations behind&nbsp\;<em
 >Where the Wildflowers Grow</em>&nbsp\;and explore how stories help us con
 front the past while imagining brighter futures.</p>\n<p>The discussion wi
 ll run approximately 45 minutes followed by a brief Q&amp\;A. Each attende

 p></p>\n<p><strong>About the author</strong><br />Terah Shelton Harris is 
 a librarian turned fiction author who crafts stories colored with bittersw
 eet truths. Her writing has appeared in publications like <em>Catapult\, W
 omen's Health</em>\, and <em>Every Day with Rachael Ray</em>. She is the a
 uthor of<em> One Summer in Savannah</em> and <em>Long After We Are Gone</e
 m>. Originally from Illinois\, she now lives in Alabama with her husband.<

 vent?</strong> The facility has a free parking garage. The garage entrance
  is located on Adams St.</p>\n<p><strong>What time do the doors open?</str
 ong> General admission seating starts at 6:30 p.m.</p>\n<p><strong>Are the
 re assigned seats?</strong> No. Seating is general admission\, but the pur
 chase of a ticket does guarantee you a seat.</p>\n<p><strong>Is handicappe
 d seating available?</strong> Handicapped seating is available. For specia
 l seating arrangements\, please call (419) 214-4332 at least one week prio
 r to the event.</p>\n<p><strong>Will an American Sign Language Interpreter
  be provided for the event?</strong> We are happy to provide an ASL Interp
 reter for the event - if you require this service\, please contact us at (

 ade.</p>\n<p><strong>What can/can't I bring to the event?</strong> Please 
 do not bring outside food/beverages. There is no video recording or flash

 fter the talk?</strong> Yes\, the author will be available for a limited s
