 fication Process:&nbsp\;</strong>A Business Certification Specialist is av
 ailable to help DC-based businesses prepare their CBE applications\, modif
 ications\, or renewals. In addition\, if you have questions related to DSL
 BD's joint venture or mentor prot&eacute\;g&eacute\; programs\, a member o
 f the Certification division can meet with you to discuss the process of a
