It's free succulent time! Deschutes Public Library is part nering with Neighborhood Forest to get free succulents into children's hom es.

\n

Parents/guardians must sign up by October 28th to get their fr ee succulent. The plants are set to arrive in mid-November\, and we will b e in contact with all who register when they show up. Each family will get to pot up their new plant and learn basic care tips.

\n

Please fill out the online registration form by October 28th to receive a free succulent from Neighborhood Forest. This project looks to foster joy\, beauty\, goodness and inclusivity\, especially to those famil ies who do not have a yard for outdoor planting. Indoor plants provide man y benefits\, including purifying the air\, improving health and well-being \, enhancing concentration/focus\, and more!

Pick up days will be November 19th (Meyer Classroom\, upstairs)\, 25th\, and 26th at the Downto wn Bend Library.
