 p\;STEM&nbsp\;Festival</a>&nbsp\;is a month-long celebration of science\, 
 technology\, engineering and mathematics designed to advance&nbsp\;STEM&nb
 sp\;and STEAM education for children and teens that takes place every fall

 branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the p
 rogram. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be acco
 mpanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must
  have an accompanying child.</p>\n<p>If you plan to attend with a group of
  ten or more\, please contact the branch at least one week before the prog
 ram to discuss how your group might be accommodated.</p>\n<p><strong>Accom
