  Strong</strong> is an archivist at the Georgia Archives. She serves as th
 e Technology Director of the Georgia Genealogical Society and is on the Bo
 ard of the Georgia Archives Institute. She has presented workshops at vari
 ous institutions\, including Emory University\, the DeKalb History Center\
 , and the Digital Library of Georgia. She leads a monthly genealogy discus
 sion group and is active in several genealogy organizations. Strong gradua
 ted from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in African American Stud
 ies. She received her Master of Library and Information Science from the U
 niversity of Pittsburgh and her Master of Archival Studies at Clayton Stat
