 nty District Library will distribute culture passes on a limited\, concert
 -by-concert basis for Library cardholders with pre-registration through ou
 r Event Calendar!</p>\n<p><strong>Rules</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Librar
 y has limited seats available for each performance in the Central Ohio Sym
 phony subscription series (see concert season below)</li>\n<li>Registratio
 n will open 3 weeks prior to each concert performance</li>\n<li>A library 
 card is required to request tickets</li>\n<li>Each library card is limited
  to a maximum of two tickets</li>\n<li>Seats will be assigned randomly fro
 m among the Library's pre-selected allotment\; pairs will remain together<
 /li>\n<li>Culture pass availability closes 5 days before the performance*<
 /li>\n<li>Patrons will be notified when tickets are ready for pickup (gene
 rally concert week)</li>\n<li>Tickets must be picked up at the registrant'
 s preferred branch or by Will Call at the concert</li>\n<li>Unclaimed tick
 ets will be forfeited by the patron</li>\n<li>Patrons who need to cancel o
 r release their tickets should let the Library know as soon as possible at

 <li>All concerts will be held in Gray Chapel on Ohio Wesleyan University's
  campus\, 61 S Sandusky St\, Delaware\, OH (<a href="https://centralohiosy

 October 25 Haunted Harmonies performance\, registration will close by Wedn
 esday evening. Patrons will be required to pick up their tickets from thei
 r branch no later than 5 PM Saturday or before the performance at Will Cal

 rary card number and PIN ready</li>\n<li>Fill out the required fields\, in
 cluding your age group and preferred pick-up location</li>\n<li><strong>Re
