 er</em>\, was published in 2024.</p>\n<p>In Rich's new novel <em>Such a Fa
 ntastic Girl</em>\, Dr. Sara James seems to have it all. But when a surpri
 se pregnancy ends in devastating loss\, something inside her gives way. Sa
 ra shuts down\, emotionally withdrawing from her husband\, Rob\, and their
  two teenage kids\, Jen and Bryan. After two years of going through the mo
 tions\, she leaves the country to serve with Doctors Without Borders\, hop
 ing that saving lives abroad will somehow save her from herself.</p>\n<p>B
