 ns that it acts like a liquid when it is poured\, but it also can act like

 Flowers: For this experiment\, flowers are submerged into the liquid nitro
 gen\, which causes the water inside of the cells of the flowers to freeze 
 rapidly. This rapid freezing causes the water to expand and form ice cryst
 als\, which makes the flowers extremely brittle and easy to shatter when y
 ou touch them!&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Smoke Bubbles: In this demonstration\, we 
 make bubbles that are filled with smoke\, and students are able to hold th
 e bubbles in their hands. The &ldquo\;smoke&rdquo\; is made from dry ice\,
