 he New Year READING with Broward County Libraries annual initiative One Bo
 ok One Broward (OBOB).&nbsp\; Join all who live\, learn\, work and play in
  Broward County from January 1 to February 28\, 2026 to build deeper conne
 ctions through a single book community read. &nbsp\;This year&rsquo\;s the
 me Our Nature: How Our Physical Environment Can Lead Us to Seek Hope\, Cou
 rage\, and Connection will be guided by the matrilinear storytelling in th
 e novel &ldquo\;The Seed Keeper&rdquo\; by Diane Wilson and the youth comp
 anion book &ldquo\;The First Blade of Sweetgrass&rdquo\; by Suzanne Greenl
 aw and Gabriel Frey. From Sawgrass to Seagrass\, residents and visitors wi
 ll participate in beach side\, board walk\, and trail head book discussion
 s\, presentations\, programs\, workshops and a festival kick-off at ArtLit
  on January 10.&nbsp\; This initiative will provide human connection\, cul
 tural heritage preservation\, and diverse perspectives that enable deeper 
 understanding of our community while celebrating reading in South-Florida&
 rsquo\;s great outdoors.</p>\n<p><a href="https://www.broward.org/Library/
