  for ways to improve behavior\, focus\, and emotional well-being at home? 
 The Write Path&nbsp\;is a practical and engaging workshop for parents\, ca
 regivers\, and teens who want to explore how books\, stories\, and simple 
 writing activities can support positive behavior and reduce screen time. G
 rounded in research and filled with real-life examples\, this session will
  help you understand how literature and writing can be therapeutic tools t
 hat strengthen emotional regulation\, communication\, and family connectio

 ith individuals\, parents and family systems to help them create a more co
 ntent and peaceful life. Kelly loves being with her family\, trail running
 \, skiing and reading. She holds a Doctorate of Behavioral Health (DBH)\, 
 Masters of Public Health (MPH)\, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)\, N
 ational Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) and 
 an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) crede
