Hang out in a winter wonderland\, read boo ks\, and support a great cause. For each hour you participate in our secon d annual teen read-a-thon\, a donation will be made to the local organizat ion \;Carmel Coat Closet to help in their mission to provide coats and winter wear for families in the area.
\nRegistration is required\, but registrants can drop in any time between 10am and 5pm to take part. We 'll provide lunch and will have popcorn and a hot chocolate bar throughout the day. We'll also have some fun\, winter-themed crafts available to tak e home with you to commemorate the day. And don't forget that your reading counts toward our \;Book Blizzard winter reading program\, too\, and can put you on the track to enter our awesome prize drawings.
\nWhen registering\, you'll be asked to let us know how long you think you'll at tend the read-a-thon\; you don't \;have \;to stay that long\, but& nbsp\;it helps us plan accordingly. You can also let us know if you have a ny dietary restrictions or allergies we should be aware of.
