  the focus from &ldquo\;what to feed&rdquo\; to &ldquo\;how to feed.&rdquo
 \; We will cover: The food parenting framework that supports curious and/o
 r adventurous eaters (the division of responsibility in feeding)\; Feeding
  red &amp\; green flags - things to avoid doing/saying at the table and th
 eir accompanying "green flags" - what parents can and should focus on.&nbs
 p\;</p>\n<p><strong>10:40-11:00am: Better Bedtime: Naps - A to Zzzz's</str
 ong></p>\n<p>Better Bedtime is a full-service sleep consultancy based in W
 aterloo Region \, offering in-home and virtual sleep support to tired fami
 lies. They will be discussing topics related to your baby's napping habits
 \, like short naps\, nap resistance\, and naps-on-the-go.</p>\n<p><strong>
 11:15-11:35am: Waterloo Public Library: Baby Storytime</strong></p>\n<p>Ex
 perience a Baby Storytime program hosted by library staff! You'll read\, r
 hyme\, sing and move to help build your child's literacy skills.</p>\n<hr
