 efferson Patterson Park and Museum</p>\n<p>Eric grew up in southern St. Ma
 ry's County but has lived in the Beaches for the last 18 years with his wi
 fe and two daughters. When not at work\, you can usually find him wanderin
 g the boardwalk\, reading by the water\, or capturing the beauty of the ar
 ea through photography.</p>\n<p>Since high school\, Eric has been passiona
 te about helping people discover the stories rooted in their own backyard.
  Whether he was bringing 17th-century Maryland to life at Historic St. Mar
 y&rsquo\;s City\, helping visitors make connections with Congress at the U
 S Capitol\, or even teaching others how to build bonds between the visitor
  and the special places they visited\, most of his work has been centered 
 on building community through &nbsp\;a shared understanding the past.</p>\
 n<p>In his role at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum\, Eric is dedicated
  to helping the staff&nbsp\;create meaningful experiences where Marylander
 s can connect with their shared past through archaeology and the deep-root
 ed stories found in the landscapes of Calvert County that continue to shap
