Mecca AKA Grimo&n bsp\;is an experienced educator\, artist and Haitian cultural ambassador. An innovative MC and Spoken Word artist\, he performs in several languages including Kreyol and is hailed as an ambassador for the Spoken Word/Hip-H op Kreyol Movement. He is a vocal advocate for Haitian history and cultura l education in schools and community centers and inspires young people to achieve their dreams while maintaining strong academics.

Through interactive storytelling\, \;Lucrè\;ce Louisdhon Louinis \;invites audiences to explore Haitian heritage and imaginati on\, bridging past and present through powerful\, personal tales.
\nBorn in Petionville\, Haiti\, \;Lucr&egr ave\;ce Louisdhon Louinis \;grew up studying ballet and folk dance. Sh e moved to New York to pursue her degrees at St. John&rsquo\;s University\ , and after meeting Louinè\;s\, joined the Haitian Dance Theater\, w hich took her across the United States\, Canada\, and Cuba. In 1998\, the couple relocated to Florid\,a where they continued to teach and create you th programs with a focus on literacy and cultural exchange. For over three decades\, Louinè\;s and Lucrè\;ce Louinis have served as tire less cultural advocates\, promoting Haitian music\, dance\, and story nati onally. Together\, they are recognized as pillars within South Florida&rsq uo\;s Haitian community.
\nStoryteller\, Red Wordz \;

Frankie \;&ldquo\;Red&rdquo\; \;Rosso\, goes by a poet\, dan cer\, and radio personality named \;Red \;Wordz. She has written s ince age eight\; working her way through poetry gospel rap\, and the art o f freestyle hip-hop. With much involvement in her community\, school and c hurch\, the stage was always this creative&rsquo\;s home and calling. \;Red \;began performing at age 10. Relishing in various art forms\; s he embraced the art of singing\, musical talent as she played trumpet in h er school jazz ensemble by age 11\, acting at school and church plays\, an d of course dancing throughout her youth in school dance teams and competi tions sqauds. After turning her life over to sports and dancing in her tee ns\, she put the pen down for over a decade. She began her professional jo urney in poetry\, her sophomore year at Broward College in 2013\, where sh e received her degree in Radio &\; Tv Broadcasting.
\nThough she is a spoken word artist\, she identifies her self as a \;&ldquo\;WORDIST&rdquo\;-using her \;RED \;WORDZ to uplift\, inspire\, and educate- unapologetically. Her passion for Poetry and Spoken Word have led her to many endeavors including hosting her very own Radio &\; Televsion Talk show RedLighTv LIVE\, serving on local sla m teams\, judging national poetry slams\, featuring at various venues\, ni ghtlife events\, as well private parties and special occasions across Sout h-Florida and the Tri-State Area. Currently\, \;Red \;hosts severa l open mics all across South Florida and teaches hip-hop\, bachata\, &\ ; fusion dance classes\, through her project RedDance\, at local dance stu dios in the Fort Lauderdale area. You can always find her sharing her love for \;&ldquo\;WORDISM&rdquo\; \;at a venue near you or where she began her journey- college campuses and local open mics.
\nMusician\, Yalyen Savignon

Born in Havana\, Cuba\, Yal yen Savignon began playing the violin at eight and the piano at ten at the \;Conservatorio de Mú\;sica Guillermo Tomas. She continued her education at the Amadeo Roldan Conservatory. After arriving in the United States\, she has performed with many symphonies orchestras in the state of Florida\, including the New World Symphony\, Alhambra Orchestra\, Miami L yric Opera\, Brevard Symphony Orchestra\, Treasure Coast Symphony\, Sympho ny of the Americas\, and Vero Beach Opera. She won the Lynn Concert Compet ition 2015 at the Lynn Conservatory of Music\, where she completed her deg ree in Violin Performance.
\nYalyen ha s completed a master&rsquo\;s degree in Violin Performance at Carnegie Mel lon University with Professor Cyrus Forough and postgraduate studies at th e University of Southern California with Martin Chalifour\, concertmaster of the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Yalyen is an avid chamber music performer . She has given many recitals in The United States and performed with the Grant Park Music Festival Orchestra\, the Chatham Baroque ensemble in Pitt sburgh\, and Boca Sinfonia. She has worked as a Teaching Artist for the LA Philharmonic and YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles)\; Yalyen has taught v iolin and chamber music in the United States\, Cuba\, Chile\, and Jamaica during different summer programs and festivals.
\nShe is also the President and Executive Director of the \; Volta Music Foundation. In this position\, she oversees all the artistic a nd executive strategies through which Volta Music Foundation expands acces s to classical music education in The United States and other Latin Americ an countries.
