 l>\n<p>Reading Buddies is a space for K-5 graders to practice reading in a
  relaxed and welcoming group!&nbsp\;Reading Buddies inspires a love of rea
 ding\, offers great social activities for children and teens\, and promote
 s positive interactions between children of all ages.&nbsp\;Teens earn a s
 ervice learning hour by participating in a meaningful experience by encour
 aging children and helping them with their reading skills.</p>\n<p><strong
 >Ready Resume Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists elementary students 
 with reading comprehension\, vocabulary development\, and fluency through 
 one-on-one and small-group support.</li>\n<li>Uses clear\, age-appropriate
  language and attentive listening to encourage young readers and build con
 fidence.</li>\n<li>Serves as a positive role model by guiding younger stud
 ents and promoting a supportive learning environment.</li>\n<li>Adjusts in
 struction methods to meet diverse learning styles and abilities while main
