 ary's English Language Learning Program is a great way to make friends and
  give back to your community.</p>\n<p>At the workshop you will learn about
  the program's policies and procedures\, hear from current ELL volunteers\
 , and participate in an in-depth tour of the library.</p>\n<p>You will als
 o receive information about the online training that must be completed bef
 ore you are matched with an English learner.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Individuals in
 terested in providing administrative support will be scheduled to work wit
 h the community services librarian regarding the behind-the-scenes functio
 ns of the ELL program. Once a relationship is established there may be a p
 ossibility to complete Admin work from home.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Individuals in
 terested in creating a short-term course/s of 4 to 6 weeks will be schedul
 ed to meet with the community services librarian to begin the discussion a
 nd development of a course. Please note the planning of courses take a MIN
 IMUM of two months followed by approximately a month to execute the course
 \, followed by 1 to 2 weeks of after-action assessment meetings. The work 
 of a short-term course maybe done with a partner or a small team of 3 or 4
 .&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>ALL volunteers are expected to commit to a MINIMUM
  of 6 months\; there is flexibility to accommodate one's work and or colle
