 can Senior Association)\, Spokane Public Library is ushering in the Year o
 f the Horse with our first-ever public celebration of Tết\, the Vietn
 amese Lunar New Year.</p>\n<p>The celebration will feature:</p>\n<ul>\n<li
 >An ancestor holiday offering ceremony led by VASA\, including a temporary
  shrine constructed at Shadle Library for the occasion</li>\n<li>A lively 
 lion dance in the library marketplace</li>\n<li>Opportunities to take souv
 enir postcard photos with the lion and dancers</li>\n<li>Tastings of tradi
 tional Vietnamese foods</li>\n<li>A special gallery display of Vietnamese 
 Tết folk art prints</li>\n<li>Drawings for many gift cards donated by
  Vietnamese and other Asian community members</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This joyful 
 celebration is made possible by VASA\, who is generously sharing its priva
 te traditions with the broader community as an expression of gratitude.</p
