Michelle teaches Vinyasa flow yoga.  Her class is accessible for all levels of fitness and yoga experiences.â €¯ The class coordinates breath and movement to create a feeling of uni ty within the senses of the participant. The asanas (poses) are woven toge ther to have a smooth transition one to the next. Each movement builds to the next and we finish with savasana (rest period) to allow the time on th e mat to integrate.  Come and join us on the mat!

\nAbout Mic helle Dunn:
\nMichelle has been teaching yoga for 25 years. She has taught in Peterborough\, NH at both The Wellness Center and Perfo rmance Health and Fitness since moving here 20 years ago. Michelle is cert ified and extensively trained.  She has practiced/trained with John Domenico and also at Kripalu in Lenox\, MA. Michelle has also taken many i ndependent courses and attended workshops throughout the US. A former high school teacher\, Michelle's formal education includes a Master's Degree i n Education.  \; \;
