 celebrate Louis&nbsp\;Braille&rsquo\;s accomplishments\, learn how braille
  is used for particular activities like map reading\, and have cake and re
 freshments. People of all ages are welcome.</p>\n<p>Sponsored by the Natio
 nal Federation of the Blind of Maryland Sligo Creek Chapter and the Montgo

 ested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under t
 he age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program in
