A future Burbank Central Library and Publi c Plaza project is being proposed as a transformative opportunity to meet community needs while building a thriving downtown neighborhood in a susta inable and fiscally responsible way. The project proposes a new vibrant pu blic plaza and improved Central Library\, and replaces the Administrative Services Building offices in downtown Burbank.

will host a series of Community Town Halls to provide mo
re detailed updates on the project&rsquo\;s timeline\, design process\, an
d potential impacts\, as well as mitigation efforts associated with future
construction. Each meeting will present the same information and include
a presentation followed by time for questions and discussion.
