limited seat/high demand program. \;All customers that register will
automatically be added to the wait list.  \;Customers who have n
ot attended a limited seat/high \;demand program in the past \;90
days \;at this location will receive priority and be registered based
on their registration date/time.  All remaining seats will be filled
