 </strong>Dr. Will Miller\, with a Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Studies an
 d Public Affairs from The University of Akron\, is the Associate Vice Pres
 ident for Continuous Improvement and Institutional Performance at Embry-Ri
 ddle Aeronautical University. Born and raised in Youngstown\, Ohio\, his r
 ich career spans roles as a faculty member\, accreditation liaison\, direc
 tor of institutional research\, and strategic enrollment management adviso
 r. Beyond his administrative roles\, Miller's background includes analyzin
 g public opinion data for the U.S. Department of State\, extensive work in
  accreditation\, assessment\, analytics\, political science\, and serving 
 as a strategic advisor and prolific author within the higher education sec
 tor.</p>\n<p><strong>About Great Decisions:</strong></p>\n<p>Great Decisio
 ns is America's largest discussion program on world affairs. The program m
 odel involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book (optional)\, and m
 eeting in a discussion group to discuss critical global issues facing Amer
 ica today. Each meeting begins with a video lecture on the discussion topi
 c presented by Jeffrey S. Morton\, the Pierrepont Comfort Chair in Politic
 al Science at Florida Atlantic University and a Fellow at the Foreign Poli
 cy Association and is followed by facilitator commentary and facilitator-l
 ed discussion.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Registration is required for this e
 vent\, and must be completed two hours prior to the start time. A library 
 card and PIN is required for registration. If you do not have a card\, cli

 a> to obtain one.</p>\n<p>All registered seats will be forfeited at 6:55pm
  and made available to waitlisted and walk-in attendees. Registered attend
