Dis cover where it comes from\, how to test for it in your home\, and what to do if levels are too high. And then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively conversation.
\nPlease arrive 10 minutes bef ore the walk. Meet us near the Fireplace at the Tansley Woods Branch. We w ill then move to the outdoor space at Tansley Woods\, facing the grassy fi eld just in front of the library parking lot (just south of Upper Middle).
\nWalking is a wonderful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of walking ability to participate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All particip ants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at the start of the walk.
