Calling all Central Oregon teens! Take the st age every 3rd Thursday with OAC for a night of creativity and community. S hare your music\, poetry\, comedy\, dance\, or any other stage-worthy tale nt in a welcoming\, supportive space. Come perform or just cheer on your f ellow teen artists! Bonus points if you incorporate the library's monthly theme: ROT\, \;into your performance.
\nThe Open Arts Center \;(OAC) is a nonprofit c reative arts center that provides free and low-cost after school programmi ng\, self-directed learning\, and community-sourced mentorship for Central Oregon&rsquo\;s teens\, between the ages of 13-18. OAC also supports adul t working artists and creative community members through private studio re ntals\, co-working memberships\, and a range of creative classes and works hops. Their mission is to provide a community-driven space for teens and a dults to foster creativity\, intergenerational learning\, and belonging.\n
