 p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reminder: Please let us know as soon as possible if you are 
 unable to make a program.</li>\n<li>Repeated absences without notification
  will cause registration for subsequent programs in the following newslett
 er to be added to the waitlist rather than the main list.</li>\n<li>Waitli
 st does not guarantee admittance.</li>\n<li>Patrons on a waitlists will be
  notified as cancellations are made in advance of the program.</li>\n<li>W
 aitlist on day of program: Priority\, based on arrival time will be given 
 to online wait listed patrons. Walk-ins will be added to the existing wait
  list based on a first-come-first-basis.</li>\n<li>Latecomers: Reservation
 s will be held for 5 minutes after start time unless you have called in ad
 vance.</li>\n<li><strong>Caregivers are required to remain in the Library 
 at all times while their children are attending programs.</strong></li>\n<
