 your friends to come learn some new skills and proactive strategies to hel
 p protect yourself and others! The class is fun\, energetic\, and interact
 ive. Class includes 9 hours of instruction &amp\; practice\, a training ma
 nual\, and light refreshments.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>About the I
 nstructor:</strong></p>\n<p>Darlene Gentry has over thirty years&rsquo\; e
 xperience in martial arts\, women&rsquo\;s self-defense\, and self-defense
  education for the public. She teaches self-defense part-time at St. Mary&
 rsquo\;s College of Maryland and has instructed women's self-defense cours
 es in many different venues. Darlene also regularly teaches R.A.D. courses
  for free at <a href="https://www.lpbconline.org/rad">Lexington Park Bapti
