 program: Priority\, based on arrival time will be given to online wait lis
 ted patrons. Walk-ins will be added to the existing wait list based on a f
 irst-come-first-basis.</li>\n<li>Latecomers: Reservations will be held for
  5 minutes after start time unless you have called in advance.</li>\n<li><
 strong>Caregivers are required to remain in the Library at all times while
